We’re hiring a Demand Generation / Digital Marketing Manager to fuel top-of-funnel growth for various high-potential SaaS, software, and technology clients. Role & Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead-generation efforts via paid ads, social media, email, webinars, SEO, and content syndication.
- Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align campaigns with targeted personas and desired lead volumes.
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop quarterly and annual demand-gen strategies, ensuring marketing spend is allocated for maximum pipeline impact.
- Drive inbound marketing initiatives in tandem with outbound sales sequences—coordinating content themes, event promotions, and audience segmentation.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, MQL-to-SQL rates), using data to refine targeting and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns; rapidly iterate based on results.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure accurate messaging in all outward-facing materials.
- Align with RevOps on lead routing rules and funnel metrics. Provide timely updates on campaign outcomes and potential bottlenecks.
- Brand & Thought Leadership
- Help shape brand-building tactics—e.g., sponsored content, co-marketing partnerships, conference sponsorships.
- Identify opportunities to spotlight Remotir clients via success stories, case studies, or joint webinars.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience & Impact
- 5+ years in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing roles—preferably at a B2B SaaS company or marketing agency.
- Proven track record of designing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and measurable ROI.
- Technical Proficiency
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), ad tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track lead flow and MQL/SQL definitions.
- Analytical Mindset
- Strong grasp of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and how to interpret them to refine strategies.
- Skilled in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative & Collaborative
- Ability to partner with content, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
- Aptitude for delivering compelling creative briefs and working with designers or copywriters to produce high-impact materials.
