We’re hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to take ownership of outreach, relationship-building, and deal closure for a fast-expanding marketing technology platform in our portfolio. Role & Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation
- Proactively research and engage potential buyers across multiple channels.
- Strategically develop lists, tailor outreach, and create opportunities to fill the top of the funnel.
- Discovery & Consultation
- Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand each prospect’s core pain points and business objectives.
- Position product features and ROI in a consultative manner, aligning solutions to challenges without revealing proprietary or sensitive details.
- Product Demos & Presentations
- Lead demos for marketing and creative teams, showcasing key capabilities and benefits of the platform.
- Adapt presentations based on prospect needs—highlighting value while keeping sensitive or unique elements confidential.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Guide qualified opportunities through to signed deals, managing pricing conversations and addressing objections.
- Collaborate with Remotir leadership to refine negotiation strategies while adhering to established guidelines.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Document outreach, pipeline progress, and closed business in the client’s CRM (or equivalent).
- Share field insights with both Remotir and client stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement of sales messaging and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience:
- 5+ years in a full-cycle sales role (SDR-to-closer, AE, or similar) within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech), AdTech, Marketing and Advertising preferred.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and pipeline metrics.
- Communication & Presentation:
- Clear, compelling communicator—confident in running demos and presenting business cases to mid-level or senior decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling:
- Ability to diagnose prospect challenges, identify best-fit solutions, and guide them through a decision process.
- Familiarity with standard qualification frameworks and consultative sales methodologies.
- CRM & Tech Proficiency:
- Comfortable using mainstream CRMs and sales tools to manage pipeline and automate outreach.
- Quick to learn new technologies related to marketing, analytics, or AI (as needed).
- Ownership Mindset:
- Driven self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings.
- Eager to take full responsibility for all stages of the sales cycle—from the first outreach to closing the deal.
