We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between client products and market demand—refining messaging, guiding positioning, and enabling sales to achieve consistent wins. If you excel at translating complex product features into compelling value propositions, join us in driving real market impact for innovative tech brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Messaging & Positioning
    • Craft clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with specific buyer personas—showcasing unique product benefits and ROI.
    • Maintain brand consistency while customizing value statements for different verticals or segments.
  2. Sales Enablement
    • Develop sales collateral (pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers) to equip SDRs and AEs with the right messaging at each funnel stage.
    • Conduct training sessions on new features, competitor insights, and objection handling.
  3. Market & Competitive Analysis
    • Continuously monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback. Translate findings into actionable strategies for the broader revenue team.
    • Partner with Demand Gen to integrate market insights into lead-generation campaigns.
  4. Product Launch & GTM
    • Collaborate with client product teams to plan and execute new feature or product launches—defining goals, timelines, and success metrics.
    • Develop launch kits (press releases, blog posts, email sequences) and coordinate with Marketing Ops for distribution.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Customer Success to shape case studies or highlight success stories that demonstrate tangible product value.
    • Maintain open communication with RevOps on product usage data, churn analysis, and key buyer behaviors—informing iterative product marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Experience & Impact
    • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related role—ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
    • Proven success in launching products or features, driving adoption, and supporting revenue goals.
  2. Strategic Thinking
    • Skilled at leveraging market research, user feedback, and competitive intel to inform positioning strategies.
    • Familiarity with building buyer personas and mapping product benefits to real-world pain points.
  3. Communications Excellence
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication—adept at producing persuasive collateral, product briefs, and sales decks.
    • Comfortable presenting to both internal (sales teams) and external (prospective clients, industry webinars) audiences.
  4. Technical Aptitude
    • Ability to rapidly grasp technical product features and explain them in simplified, benefit-focused terms.
    • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, or data analysts to gather functional details.
  5. Enabling Mindset
    • Passion for empowering sales teams; eager to create scalable enablement materials that drive consistent messaging.
    • Proactive approach—willing to seek input from cross-functional stakeholders to refine strategies and content.
