We’re looking for a Project Manager / Program Manager (Client Delivery) to orchestrate cross-functional teams (SDRs, AEs, Marketers, UX/CRO, etc.) and ensure our client engagements run on time, within scope, and with maximum impact. Role & Responsibilities
1. Project / Program Planning
- Scope & Schedule: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Ops leads to define project tasks, milestones, and timelines for each client engagement.
- Resource Allocation: Match internal team resources to specific work streams (e.g., Demand Gen campaigns, SDR ramp-up, website redesign, etc.) based on skill sets and capacity.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Workstream Orchestration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration—ensuring SDRs, product marketers, customer success, and design specialists have what they need to deliver.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates on project status, upcoming deliverables, and any scope changes.
3. Status & Reporting
- Regular Check-Ins: Schedule and lead project status meetings, both internally and with client stakeholders, to review progress, address roadblocks, and confirm next steps.
- Performance Dashboards: Compile metrics or progress reports (e.g., pipeline growth, campaign results) in coordination with RevOps, ensuring visibility into results against agreed objectives.
4. Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Issue Escalation: Identify potential risks early—such as misalignment on goals, resource shortfalls, or timeline slippage—and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes or priority conflicts among teams, stepping in to reassign tasks or adjust timelines as needed.
5. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Success Criteria: Ensure each deliverable (campaign launch, website update, etc.) meets quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
- Retrospectives: Lead post-project reviews or monthly retrospectives to identify lessons learned and best practices—improving future client engagements.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience & Impact
- 7+ years in Project Management, Program Management, or Client Delivery roles, preferably in a B2B tech or digital marketing environment.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, across multiple stakeholders or work streams.
2. Tools & Methodologies
- Project Management: Proficient with tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com for task tracking, scheduling, and collaboration.
- Methodologies: Comfortable with both agile and waterfall approaches—able to adapt to each project’s needs.
3. Communication & Leadership
- Clarity & Organization: Skilled at synthesizing complex tasks into actionable plans, writing clear updates, and leading concise status calls.
- Team Diplomacy: Strong interpersonal skills for motivating cross-functional teams without direct authority—resolving conflicts professionally.
4. Revenue & Marketing Fluency
- Familiarity with Sales & Marketing: Understanding demand generation, sales cycles, or customer success flows helps orchestrate revenue-focused projects effectively.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret pipeline or performance metrics in dashboards and present them meaningfully to clients.
5. Adaptability & Problem-Solving
- Flexible Approach: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments; comfortable shifting priorities or re-allocating resources mid-project.
