We’re hiring a UX / CRO Specialist to analyze, design, and optimize digital experiences across client websites, landing pages, and in-product flows. Your mission is to streamline user journeys, boost conversion rates, and deliver an exceptional experience from first click to final purchase.
Role & Responsibilities
1. User Experience Research & Analysis
- User Journeys: Map end-to-end user flows—from initial ad clicks to landing page conversions—to spot friction points and drop-offs.
- Heuristic Evaluations: Conduct expert reviews of client sites, landing pages, and product experiences; document findings for immediate improvements.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- A/B & Multivariate Testing: Devise test hypotheses for page layouts, CTAs, form fields, or messaging. Use tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO to measure impact.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor funnel metrics (bounce rates, conversion rates, dwell times). Recommend iterative changes that yield measurable lifts in leads, signups, or purchases.
3. UI/UX Design & Prototyping
- Wireframing & Mockups: Translate findings into clear design concepts, refining landing pages or website sections for better usability and clarity.
- Collaboration with Dev & Marketing: Work closely with design teams (or external agencies) to ensure the final UI aligns with both brand guidelines and CRO recommendations.
4. Continuous Feedback Loop
- Post-Implementation Reviews: Evaluate performance shifts after each design or funnel change; propose further enhancements if needed.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales teams on design priorities—ensuring brand consistency and compliance with broader campaigns.
5. User-Centric Culture
- Evangelize UX: Advocate best practices for user-centered design, product usability, and frictionless checkout or signup flows.
- Knowledge Sharing: Conduct mini-workshops or documentation to help non-design teams appreciate UX considerations and adopt relevant tactics.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience & Impact
- 5+ years in UX Design, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or Product Design—preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Demonstrable track record of improving conversion metrics (signups, leads, engagement) through user-centric design tweaks.
2. Research & Testing Methodologies
- User Research: Comfortable with surveys, user interviews, heatmap analysis, and usability testing.
- Testing Tools: Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize), analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and session replay (Hotjar, FullStory).
3. Design & Prototyping Skills
- UI Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Prototyping: Ability to produce low- to high-fidelity prototypes that illustrate new flows or interface ideas.
4. Data-Driven Mindset
- Analytical Rigor: Skilled at interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to propose improvements.
- Iterative Approach: Embraces experimentation, comfortable pivoting based on test results.
5. Collaborative & Communicative
- Team Player: Coordinates with marketing, dev, and sales teams for bigger product or campaign initiatives.
- Articulate: Able to present UX recommendations persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
